Abuse policy

statichost.eu offers website hosting solutions to our users. We aspire to proactively keep our platform free from unwanted content. However, content created by our users is not monitored in real-time.

We may at any time, as the result of an abuse report or our own internal monitoring, immediately disable access to content that violates our terms and conditions or any other terms or laws in any way.

Handling process

After validating a report, we may either:

1. Forward substantially complete abuse messages to the responsible users. If no action is taken or in the case of repeat offenders we will disable access to the content.
2. Immediately disable access to the content. This is especially true in cases where the abuse is clear and obvious (e.g. phishing).

Please include as much information as possible when submitting a report, or your request might be rejected.
